Join us for our Annual St. Thomas School Library Book Fair in partnership with Secret Garden Books!

In-Library Sales are held in the Main Library - see the In-Library Sales Schedule for details!

Online Sales are available all-day November 6th-10th:
Choose "In-Store Pickup" and add "St. Thomas Bookfair" to the comments in any online order. Books will be delivered to the school. 

 

Monday November 6th

  • Sales begin at 8:05 a.m.
  • Bookmark Contest Winners Announced at Chapel
  • Dress: “Caps for Sale” Day - Wear your uniform and a Funny Hat

Tuesday November 7th

Wednesday November 8th 

  • Dress: “Key Player” Day - Wear a shirt to celebrate your favorite sports team or your uniform

Thursday November 9th

  • Dress: “Goodnight Moon” Day – Wear your pajamas or your uniform

Friday November 10th

  • In person sales end at 3:30p.m.
  • Drop Everything And Read (DEAR) 2:30-3:10p.m.
  • Dress: “Falcons” Day – Wear your favorite STS shirt or sweatshirt or your uniform

Birthday/Dedicated Books

STS Librarians and teachers have selected books needed for the library or classrooms. These books will be available to purchase in person and donate in honor of someone. Each birthday/dedicated book will receive a special nameplate on the inside cover to indicate the person the gift is honoring. 

These books will be on a special table in the Library during the book fair. 

Author Visit Spotlight

Julia Kuo

Julia Kuo is the author and illustrator of Let’s Do Everything and Nothing and Luminous: Living Things that Light Up the Night. She is the illustrator of many picture and specialty books including the bestselling book RISE. Julia has created editorial illustrations for publications such as the New York Times, Wall Street Journal, and The Economist. She has taught at Columbia College Chicago and at her alma mater, Washington University in St. Louis. Julia was been an artist-in-residence twice at the Banff Centre for the Arts and a 2019-2021 fellow with the Gray Center for Arts and Inquiry at the University of Chicago. She currently lives in Bellevue, WA.
